I heard this piece of music, so dramatic, soulful by Fritz Kreisler!

A version with 2 hands of piano and violin is there, I enjoyed figuring out the chords - without even playing the piece! Taking me back to exams at the conservatory.. But this time I'm making a new project:
From all my years of Jazz reading - a melody then chords you interpret yourself, here I decided reduce the piano part to chords, then I put them on the Violin part and whala! I get to relive my sight reading 1) melody and 2) chords.
I ran into Charlotte who is the keyboardist with Tafelmusik and asked her if she composes, she said reading figured bass is sort of like composing, she has to fill in the accompaniment herself.
I may have found a new trick for myself! Find duo pieces like this one and using Jazz Chords it gives me a whole new way to approach these songs, bringing my pre-Classical chops forward! It's been fun!
Haven't figured out how to put a play button on this music from the page.. maybe.. that's the intro.. Then Allegro:
