Love's Discovery
I stroke your face with tender fingers,
Once emotion meets my heart and lingers;
And looking through your lustrous eyes,
I search for true love's sacred prize.
Yet gently whispering in your ear,
It feels as though I may be near;
A radiant smile doth warm your face
A heavenly gift there full of grace.
I wonder if I'll come to find
That which I seek within your mind?
Still, the eyes reflect your heart and soul
And your love's theme remains my goal.
