Peaceful Solution

Recently my business are running with some problems.There are some dispute over salary issues.This actually create some financial strains on me.And i am in financial trouble.

I am looking for peaceful solution to this problem.Which is also satisfying for both parties.

May my staff be ready to settle this problem peacefully and my asset come to my door safely.

May all turn out well for me and my family.And all financials arranged soon!!
