The army of lifelike terra cotta soldiers discovered in 1974. This is a 2,200 year-pld wonder. It was part of the tomb of Quinshihuang, China's first emperor. The site contains some 8000 individually sculpted warriors and horses

There is another small town that I visited before going home, Suzhou. This is an ancient cultural city, built 2500 years ago.
