Dr.Susan Biali has written a book to inspire others, called Live a Life You Love.

I am posting this information for educational purposes, to give us a better quality of life.


Here is some advice that she gives us, so that we can improve our life with some fairly easy steps,

Let yourself be. Don't try to be someone else in order to please others. This is a very stressful way to live.

Learn to love yourself. Take good care of yourself as a primary priority, others must come second, or eventually you will become useless to them

Listen to your body. Pay attention to changes in your body, that through various symptoms may be asking you to make changes in your life.

Give yourself more leisure time, time to play, no matter what others think.

Find a way to get quiet on your own on a regular basis in order to get away from the craziness of everyday life.

Do something today, however small, to keep a promise to yourself, or fulfill adream. You will enjoy an immense sense of relief, and a surge of self-esteem.

Focus on what you need to do, and don't try to change others.

Thank you yoko for sharing this good advice with us.
We must listen to our bodies, and when under stress we must learn to let go, no matter what.

We should also have a very good diet during the week, and enjoy some goodies on the weekend.

Let us keep our bodies and minds in balance.
