An amazing thread! Wonderful, I had seen it before, but couldn't right then reply. But I was reminded of this thread when a few days ago I visited a friend who is recovering from surgery. She had been given a wonderful plant of hibiscus by her son.

I love Hibiscus and I try and keep a plant in my room, but it does not do as well as in the garden. Unfortunately our Canadian climate does not allow the plant to remain in the garden over the winter.
