What a good dog
The family was very lucky to have just gotten the doggy. I read in the paper that the fire had already reached the house and if it would not have been for the dog's frantic barking everyone would have been caught inside the burning building.

More heroic animals were honoured in the Purina Animal Hall of Fame.

A 2 year old yellow labrador dog Nettle is hugged by Jade and Brooke. These twins have a service dog because they have Type 1 Diabetes and Celiac disease.

Another gentleman pets his 11 year old Lab-Rottweiler mix Badger. The gentleman fell on lake ice in - 20 degree temperature breaking his leg. Badger pulled him about 400 metres back to the house.
