I have to agree, technology is going too far, but I do believe that it should be used in medical situations, however, we should not do self diagnosis to an extreme. If in doubt see your physician.

I think this is all fine, but going to extremes is absurd. One should not become obsessed and paranoid with ones health because that will cause you to become sick. This programs your brain. Some of the ideas are good, used in moderation and by people who have a certain medical condition that need monitoring.
