Children should have the benefit of learning to speak properly. It is up to the parents to encourage proper language which will benefit them when they grow up. It makes a better impression when going for a job interview and getting in contact with other people who have been fortunate enough to have their language corrected at an early stage. I am sure that most parents don't want to keep their children uneducated, at least not in my native country and hopefully in the new world.
