This is great advice, which we all need sometimes, because we tend to forget while we are all wrapped up by haste and worries.
Though I feel the pressure of things which need to be done during the week-end, because I don't have enough time during the week, I allowed myself quite a few moments of things I enjoy to do and I close an eye to the paperpiles on my desk or the clothes for summer to be taken out (it is very hot already here in Rome).
I just read for about two hours in a book which was lent to me by a Swiss friend. It contains ten profiles of famous Swiss entrepreneurs during the last two centuries and I am amazed by their biography! I only knew superficially about them. I love biographies, because they seem to enhance and stimulate our own creativity. When I see that worldwide famous people had overcome very serious moments of difficulty without losing hope to recover, it's uplifting.
Then I played with Zelda my cat, so I got my daily pensum in physical activity (should be more of course ...!). But still.
Then I also was inspired to write the little haiku I posted here.
Moreover yesterday evening I cooked with joy a cake without any weighing of ingredients, I let my intuition work and the result was truly encouraging and was appreciated by my two men, my husband and my son.
I must say that I am a little bit worried for tomorrow which will be the beginning of a very busy week, because my colleague won't be in the office, which means more work for me, but I will follow your advice and JUST DO ONE THING AT A TIME. I.e. not worrying in advance! I will be able to cope.
Now, I have savored the pleasure to stay with you, dear Yoko and dear Inda. Have a wonderful Sunday!
Love and hugs.
Margherita

I add a peaceful picture of the countryside we enjoyed yesterday during an excursion out of Rome
