Hey Teo and All! Okay, I searched FOREVER, and found a link to buy rue herb online and they tell you to put about 1/2 teaspoon in hot water, is that what you do, Teo? Here are the links:

(BTW, I don't do 1/2 teaspoon in water, I do about 1 1/2 teaspoon in water)
