Yet flesh alone is a shallow
prayer.

There is always more.

Even the deepest water parts to the
unexpected grace of reaching
hands.

And fingers pray fine along the lips of
our desires.

We give ourselves to this...

A surrender to flesh and shallow
prayers.

And only now do we
taste -

A hint of something more.
