To understand and fulfill our true dharma, we must learn how to cultivate a tranquil mind and compassionate heart.

Dear Yoko, thank you so much for sharing these thoughts so permeated with wisdom and deep insight.

Indeed, I believe that we can't evolve and create a world of love and peace and joy, unless we begin to change and to gain this inner consciousness and peace, which is rooted in God.

I am reading "The Art of the Essential" by Dominique Loreau. It's about reducing what we possess, because the more we possess the more we worry, the more we want. It's as if we needed to be surrounded by things to feel serene, but it is never enough. By simplifying our lives we shall be able to enjoy creation's gifts and find more time and inner peace to meditate and spiritually grow.

May we walk the Path of Enlightenment.

Thank you!

Love and peace.
