Changing DVD subtitle for my grandparents' smile in return

Last week, I found my grandparents had to sit as close as possible to watch DVD shows played on TV because of their "lazy eye" and the tiny subtitles at the bottom of the screen, especially when the background of the show was white and bright, or a similar color to the font face. Often, they like to watch old movies in which the subtitles are white or yellow on screen. Sometimes, convert video to wii the subtitles' position of some DVDs is not suitable, thus partial image is covered by subtitles when playing movie. I have tried several DVD rip software which may convert movies to other formats along with DVD subtitles editing, but can't change the subtitle position, color and size. I also downloaded some software to have a try. For example, I wanted to use the VLC media player to shift the subtitle to be in the black. It told to change the value in order to change the position but nothing happened...; when I watched some movies in 16 / 9 format on a 16 / 9 monitor, I must make a zoom to have the image to fit the screen. But when using the zoom, the subtitles appear outside of the screen. I already tried Win DVD and Power DVD but none of them has this feature. The more software I tried, the more disappointed I was. Finally I turned to a friend of mine. He recommended a DVD ripper which can not only extract DVD but also change the size and color of the subtitle, as well as repositioning the characters.

Click the icon "Effects" in the middle and open the Effects window:

Click "TITLE" button and then adjust the subtitle style of the video.

If you want to change the color of the subtitle, select "Use User-defined Style "option, and click drop-down list, to choose color for your favorite. Changing the position for the subtitle is also easy and convenient. Just move the amaranth line up and down where the subtitle you want to adjust. Then click "Apply" and "OK", open the file again in the main panel, you will see the effects changed.

When using the program, I found another interesting feature that the watermark, including logo and picture, can be added to the video, with changing the position and the size of pictures and texts. All these functions are so cool and great. I can't wait to recommend it to all of you. In addition, there are three versions for this program, including standard, platinum and ultimate. convert m4p I use the ultimate version.

By and large , I don't know if these words above are clear to express what I have done, including changing the font and size of the subtitle, adjusting the position and the color, even adding the watermark by the software, but I successfully make a DVD with the readable and great subtitles for my grandparents, and they returned a smile.

They would not listen to him, so Di Jun sent the archer, Yi, armed with a magic bow and ten arrows to frighten the disobedient suns. However, Yi shot nine suns, only the Sun that we see today remained in the sky. Di Jun was so angry for the death of nine of his children that he condemned Yi to live as an ordinary mortal in the earth.

Austrailia - 2/8/2010 - Over the past several years, we have maintained a close watch on the actions of the Australian Government with particular focus on its stance towards internet censorship.

Australia's laws on internet censorship are already among the most restrictive in the western world. Their government filters more internet content than any other Parliamentary Democracy. For some elements within the Government, including Telecommunications Minister Senator Stephen Conroy, this still is not enough. Late in January of 2009 he proposed legislature that would lead to mandatory ISP filtering for all of Australia. The stated goal is to prevent Australia from viewing "illegal and unwanted content" on the internet.

Anonymous' concern with this legislature is twofold.

First, the ambiguity of the term "unwanted content" is completely unacceptable. No government should have the right to refuse its citizens access to information solely because they perceive it to be "unwanted." Indeed, the only possible interpretation of "unwanted content" is content that the government itself does not want to be seen.

More importantly, Anonymous does not approve of the steps already undertaken by the Australian Government to control what their populous sees. Claiming to be cracking down on "simulated child pornography," many depictions of women with small breasts in pornography have been banned. Officials cannot claim that they believe the models in these movies are in fact underage, as the production the titles that have been affected are heavily regulated to ensure the age of the models. Instead they are relying on earlier ambiguous wording that allows pornography featuring models that "appear to be" under 18 years of age to be treated in the same manner as actual child pornography.

The repercussions of this censorship of a natural body type on the psyche of Australian women cannot be understated, but this is not Anonymous' concern. The Australian Government will learn that one does not mess with our porn. No one messes with our access to perfectly legal (or illegal) content for any reason.

This is a joke that I find funny everytime I read:

A man received a parrot for his birthday. This parrot was fully-grown with a bad attitude and worse vocabulary. Every other word was an expletive. Those that weren't expletives were, to say the least, extremely rude.
The man tried hard to change the bird's attitude and was constantly saying polite words, playing soft music, anything that came to mind.
Nothing worked. He yelled at the bird, the bird got worse. He went to a voodoo spell caster to cast a love spell on it, with no luck.
He shook the bird and the bird got more angry and exceedingly rude.
Finally, in a moment of desperation, he put the parrot in the freezer.
For a few moments he heard the bird squawking, kicking and screaming and then, suddenly, all was quiet.
The man was frightened that he might have actually hurt the bird and quickly opened the freezer door. The parrot calmly stepped out onto the man's extended arm and said: "I'm sorry that I offended you with my language and actions. I ask for your forgiveness. I will try to improve my behavior."
