Neglected Cat Adopted

I am posting this with the help of a friend, I hope it works.

My friend and I have given shelter to a neglected cat called Oliver. We have provided him with food and erected a tent in our garden where he could sleep.
One of our own cats passed away and Oliver's owners asked us if we could keep Oliver, since he was very unhappy to stay at home where there are two naughty boys and a very young active dog. Oliver would not eat and escaped the moment someone opened the door. Now Oliver has been adopted into our family; and a very happy family it is. Now he no longer lives in the tent but has moved into the house, and he loves it. He keeps stretching out and purring and cannot figure out how he arrived in heaven. We are very happy to have him.

Thank you Inda, Karima and Margherita.

Poor Oliver spent 2 days of Christmas at the veterinarians. He was very ill, did not eat his food. He is at home now and seems well and recovered. We had to wash him and that was a bit traumatic, for all of us Big Grin. He is eating and he got his Christmas gifts; so hopefully all will be fine.

Have a Happy New Year,
Sue Cat2

This is great news!

We were worried

We would have to send the Givnology Kittie soldiers to help!

Now if I can just find my string-can phone I can communicate from the other end of it.

Peace and joy to Oliver and his wonderful home too.

Bounce

May it all work. Wow it does! Amen.

Thank you Teo,
This is very kind of you. I really appreciate your replies and cute images.
I am happy to let you know that Oliver is fine and coming home from the veterinarians later today, so we can celebrate the arrival of the new year together.

I am not sure how Oliver Hardy really looked, just read about him in Dickens' book Smile.
Do you have a picture?

Have a Happy New Year.
