MARCH
by Emily Dickinson

Dear March, come in!
How glad I am!
I looked for you before.
Put down your hat-
You must have walked-
How out of breath you are!
Dear March, how are you?
And the rest?
Did you leave Nature well?
Oh, March, come right upstairs with me,
I have so much to tell.

BIRD SONGS

Oh, there's music in the forests
And there's music in the glen,
As the birds are warbling greetings
To the spring that's come again.

All their piping is so merry
That the woodlands seem to ring,
With the praises of the birdsongs
For the coming of the spring.
Join the joyous woodland chorus
And raise high your voice in cheer,
Join the birdsongs in thanksgiving
For the springtime of the year!

Dandelion

There was a dandelion,
With lovely, fluffy hair,
That glistened in the sunshine,
And in the summer air.
And oh! This pretty dandelion
Soon grew old and grey,
And, sad to tell! Her charming hair,
Blew many miles away.

Spring is here Clapalthough it is quite cold in this part of the world. The sun is bright and promises warmer weather to come.

Thank you for the nice and funny images, and the reminder that spring is here. It feels more like winter.

The warm gale blows suddenly from the south. It is getting warmer and warmer after we have 'HARU-ICHIBAN'. We feel cheerful without any reasons and want to go out for a walk. New buds are beginning to appear.

Oh Spring! This year there is some delay, but Nature is trying her best, there are so many messengers to fill our hearts with joy!

Love and Spring mood to all!

Blue-Sky Morning
Adelaide B. Shaw

It's a blue-sky morning
With a wind that blowing fair.
It's a blossom-blowing morning.
There are springbuds in the air.

It's a gold-sky morning
With a sun that's blazing bright.
It's an eye-blinking morning.
There's a blaring brilliant light.

Oh the cheerful budding time
When thorn-hedges turn to green;
When the new leaves of elm and lime
Cleave and shed their winter screen;
Tender lambs are born and baa,
North wind finds no snow to bring,
Vigorous nature laughs Haha
In the miracle of spring.

Bloom in grace!

At first there was silence
as if Nature held her breath
in thrilling peacefulness,
before raising her voice
to chant the glory
of creation.

Then a deep long sound
accompanied the awakening,
vibrating and echoing
throughout the air,
caressing the bare ground
and the naked trees.

Now every infinitesimal particle
of every tiny seed
answers the divine call
becoming part of the orchestra,
starting the growth of buds,
of blades of grass and of leaves.

A balmy breeze joins the tune
making the world dance
in feverish creativity.
All of life is invited to celebrate
renewal and rebirth,
Our hearts are invited too.

Universal beauty unfolds
while the message of Spring
is diffused by Nature
and by all of its creatures.
Souls merge in deep devotion
and sing the song of Love.

For just a while be still and listen!
Synchronize your breath
with the heartbeat
and with the breath of Universe!
Answer the call
and bloom in grace!

I just listened and felt inspired to write these words.
Love and joy.

All things shall melt and turn into songs when Spring comes. Even the stars, the vast snowflakes that fall slowly upon the larger fields, shall melt into singing streams. When the sun of His face shall arise above the wider horizon, then what frozen symmetry would not turn into liquid melody?

Kahlil Gibran

Spring is here once more. Clap

“The splendor of the rose and the whitness of the lily do not rob the little violet of it’s scent nor the daisy of its simple charm. If every tiny flower wanted to be a rose, spring would lose its lovliness.”
Therese of Lisieux
