We are told that the only change will be using email to log in, we have technical support working to solve more than one person on the same email.

3 years of paying Infopop's bill, making useful suggestions, and what do they do? DELETE MY POST in the support forums listed above... and insult my intellingence in the support ticket about disk usage... hey, mom and pop bird DO need to kick baby bird out of the nest and make him fly huh? I guess so... HARD LOVE... Well I'm just relating THE TRUTH to you here, I give up completely trying to communicate to Infopop/Groupee - why go get insulted more? Why make enemies even if I'm just telling them information so that the next customer has an easier time shifting to the new plan? How DARE THEY delete a post in their support forums!!!

Givnology media edutainment such as in the continuous play CHANNELS of our Music page, they will move to a more caring host, then enough space will be cleared so that we can add attachments to our posts again. It's the host: Infopop (maybe that's why they changed their name to Groupee - poor business practices and terrible support...), their ineptness and unhelpfulness made us not be able to attach any files until I find another place to but all the Monet paintings, Giverny maps and such...

Let's just hope we have seen all of the problems in this new plan... boyo! I still have to remember what email to log in... from hosts I used to love.. to... well, as mom always said: "If you don't have anything nice to say, just say nothing." NOTHING. NOTHING. Being polite has no place in a larg portion of today's society.

To have your post deleted without your permission, or at least with prior warning, is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Maybe it is time to find another host?
