Thank you for the post.
Most walkers aren't walking far enough, often enough or fast enough to get the full health benefits, according the Center for Disease Control. Sue |

Thank you for the good advice.
"We've go plenty of science to tell us what we need to do - get moving!" said Richard Carmona, Surgeon General of the United States." So keep on walking everyone |

Dear Inda, thank you for this reminder! I tend to be nervous when I don’t find a parking place NEAR the office, or better even in the garage, in the morning, but I should actually rejoice if this “inconvenience” gives me the chance to walk. (In the morning I love to walk, it’s in the evening when the streets are lonely that it is cautious not to walk alone).
But with the week-end at the door, your post is an invitation to go to the Park at least! Thank you, and now it is lunch-time and I WALK to my car to bring it nearer, ten minutes … better than nothing. Thank you for all the precious information. Love, Margherita |

I was informed by my doctor that I need to start walking more. Thank you Inda for all of this information.

Wow, dear Teo, I couldn't get enough WATCHING the lovely apple woman WALK .... HAHA.
I love her shoes btw. just my style ... but not to walk for long! Would you believe that I think of Inda's reminder, when I come home in the evening ... tempted to take the elevator ... I decide to take the stairs. And it is funny, I don't like to walk up slowly I love to run upstairs, well yes of course I arrive out of breath! How many floors? Secret! haha Love, Margherita |

Thank you everyone for contributing to this old post.
We really should all be walking, especially now that everything will be in bloom. Sue, you should not walk as fast as this sheep, but more like this: I hope that we no longer have to walk through the snow |
