In these times of bitterness between parts of our world it is a relief to have web sites that bring us together.

One example of a few months ago was a givnology post about a conference in Cairo, Egypt, that was attended by religious and spiritual leaders from all
around the world and from all the major faiths, and some small faiths, too.

The image from this conference in Cairo of 2002 being melting pot inspired me to send a post about the Mexican Ambassador to Italy in the 1880s who made a trip to Egypt, desiring to compare one country with big pyramids with his country of big pyramids. Ambassador Malanco turned out to be more impressed with
the mix of people from all over the world who interacted in Cairo than he was with the pyramids. Let us go to 1963. My sister Susy visited Egypt, to see the pyramids and things. Last night, talking to her about Givnology and Egypt she said, "Teddy, that was Cairo when I was there. So many people from so many places all over the globe."

And I just was discussing this with my husband this morning .... the incredible, overwhelming possibilities which exist now on technological level, indeed WE CAN MEET WITH THE WORLD now. Sometimes it is daunting actually! May we use this means with enthusiasm, gratitude, love and wisdom!

In the last few days I have talked with a number of friends who speak of moving out of the United States. Hummmm. Communication by email will become even more valuable than before.

It gives a warm feeling to read the responses to my message about web sites and Egypt.
It would give a warmer feeling to read a personal response about how life is going with that dynamite moderator of this site, Teo.

I'll pass on the compliments to Teo, he posted some amazing Mexican Pyramid architecture here: http://givnology.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/81560593/m/493101668/p/2 I'm sure you'll enjoy how that web site brings us together as well.

Speaking of being brought together, I am the alter-ego of Teo's that administrates or as you say "moderates" Givnology's discussions. He / I / We infer that he doesn't run these boards, some limitedness or unlimitedness or something..

The nicest think (misspelling intented) about Givnology is how we each create and grow it. If you comment on the Architecture post it "comes to the front" and is visible from the home page, you "brought back" that shared informational edutainment learnology funist presentation materials, with your added datums, and we are all enriched!
