Moving through days as a cloud
Heavy and breaking
Into thousand drops of sadness

Vulnerable again.

Standing there, drained out
By my own resistance
To what is our reality

Afraid again.

Knowing not if...
It will be crash or flight
After the fall

Jumping again.

Hoping, longing for
Better and sweeter days

Letting go again.

My dear friends,

I know this is quite a sad write, yet it helps me to write about how I feel.

Experiences like separation and divorce do shake people deeply, all kind of emotions are experienced in a single day yet life goes on. I thank you for letting me share my writings and feelings with you.
As Debbie Ford says is one of her book: I need the faith that I will find my faith again and that the kids and I are loved and protected.
She mentions in her book that we need to repeat our affirmations or prayers until our fears lessen and we start to feel some peace and some calm.

This poem is about that...being afraid yet jump into the unknown
Being vulnerable yet letting go and letting God/Universe take charge.

Nature is one of our greatest healers.
There is healing in thwe wind, the sun, the moon,
