We touch



Intoxicated by
the sweet fragrance
of Spring blossoms
adorning the tree,
a little bird
just captured
your message of love.

His tiny breast
overflows with sweetness.
His voice mingles
with the soft breeze
and together they play
the most charming tune
reaching out to touch
my longing heart.

The petals tremble in delight
inviting me to join the dance.
And my arms open wide
in trusting anticipation.
I close my eyes
and let the music
carry me to the place
where lovers meet.

By the voice of love
we are lifted up
from the hard grounds
into magical clouds
of enchantment
spread in the skies of blue
just for me and you.

Our laughter echoes
throughout all the planes
until the whole Universe
vibrates in unison.
We touch and merge
wrapped in angel’s wings.
A sigh of recognition
dances upon the ripples
of our total immersion
into the essence of love.

Our souls capture
the passionate call
performed by love divine
conveyed in a little bird’s song.
We touch and melt
accepting the invitation
by the messenger of Spring,
blissfully we surrender
to the power of God’s dream.

the little peepers! Cup-of-soups!!

It was so funny! The elders were acting.. like.. important or something, and most little peepers were all together, but one was hanging around some big birds, like he was being groomed to be the boss.. or I was thinking, with all the Buddhism I'm reading: "Our reveared leader goose is reborn! All praise his honk!" Anyway that little goosie was getting important treatment! I guess my spring (he he) DOES bring new growths.. and I guess since they don't fly yet that these geese were born here at Oakland's Lake of Merit! Happy birthday cup-o-soups!
