Tears

Cry those tears!
Shed them with childlike intensity.
Allow them to gather
like stormy clouds
in the forefront of your mind.
Let them flood your sorrow.
Open up and be a recipient
for their healing power.

Cry those tears!
Stand tall and lean onto
this wall of regeneration.
Resist the pressure
of this waterfall,
do not ask why,
your heart already knows.
Just cry … cry!

Then shake the tears
off your cheeks,
let them settle
on the stings of life
like morning dew ...
and watch the sun
taking care.

Through crystal clear eyes
you'll perceive the world as new.
Dare to cry those tears!
With childlike rapidity
your smile will flash again
in pure rainbow brilliance,
restoring your serenity.

Love,
Margherita

Thank you all from my heart for your loving replies, dear friends.
Sometimes we just need to let those tears flow and afterwards we see everything with more clarity. But how often do we gulp back the tears because we think we should not show our emotions? And yet children give us an example of how to cope and to react. They recover quickly, if just they receive a little sign of affection. May we always be aware of being divinely guided and assisted and LOVED. In this awareness we can dry our tears and heal much more quickly.
Love and hugs to all.

Lost friend. Oliver and I both miss him.

Thanks for the words to the wise. A little requiem for Crescent, Pavarotti, Zawinul, and all those who deserve our tears and also our rembrances.

Cry me a river.

(((((Sylvie))))
Tears are really healing, but we always seem to make efforts to not let them flow ... but they are a gift of creation.
Thank you for coming by! You were missed too.

Love and hugs, starry sky!
