when I walk tall,
being aware of You
expressing Yourself
through me?

… when I inhale the scent
of flowers wide open
to the kiss of the sun?

… when I smile back
at the absolute beauty
of a child’s smile?

… when I open my arms
to hug those who have
forgotten tenderness?

… when I let dewdrops
caress my bare feet
in the morning grass?

… when I dance to life’s
rhythms, discovering
divine tunes all around me?

… when I tremor slightly
in response to love vibes
directed at me?

… when I shiver in delight
to the caress of wind and water
savoring my freedom?

Do You enjoy me?

… when I welcome the rain
adding my tears of longing
to the clouds’ shower?

… when I dwell in memories
of life’s most precious gifts
to give thanks once more?

… when I am full of desire
to explore my passions
without restraints?
