Tell me...

Do you remember ?

How simple it was to dream of beautiful days
Spent together in harmony...

Do you remember?

How great is was to open our hearts
and feel the magic...

Do you remember?

How sweet it was to hold one another
Through the night...

Not so long ago...
A look into each other's eyes
Revealed joy and laughter
Happiness and love

Now those same eyes
Speak mostly of sadness
And of uncertainty...

Yet we both know that love remains
And makes the possible sacrifice
Much more harder to face.

How difficult it is to see that the dreams, the magic and the sweetness might soon be met by goodbyes.

All I can really ask for now
Is a clear answer to a single question...

What would LOVE do now?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Love,
Sylvie
Dear Sylvie,
Thank you for sharing your beautiful poem.
It is nice to see you back; we have missed you.
What would LOVE do now?
Love would solve all the world's problems.
It would bring back joy and bliss.
Love, Inda
Love is to see what is good and beautiful in everything. It is to learn from everything, to see the gifts of God and the generosity of God in everything. It is to be thankful for all of God's bounties...
Hi everyone,
Thank you for your nice words.
I may have to let go of all of the dreams we had for us as a couple and I do have to let go of all the hopes that we could live as a family even if he not my kids' dad.
Not easy to face the end of something we thought would be so good.
Maybe love for my kids and love for my boyfriend asks of me to make this sacrifice of letting go of a family life because no one seem willing to make more effort to make it work anymore. He wants out of the family unit but wants to try preserving our relationship as a "couple".
Maybe we will find more peace living apart. I just don't have any easy answers in my heart at this time.
This is why I am asking;
"What would love do now?"
Sylvie
Welcome back Sylvie.
I am enjoying your beautiful poem, even though it is quite sad.
Love heals all wounds, and I guess that is what it will do now.
Love,
Thank you everyone.
Your conforting words sooth my heart.
There is indeed wounds to heal and thank you for reminding me that they will indeed be healed by love.
I got to remain positive, strong and loving and allow the grief process to take place and not fight it.
May I accept Martin's choice and allow the transition we are going through to take place in the most peaceful way possible.
Love,
Sylvie
Dear Sylvie,
your heartfelt words are poignant and make me reach out with a big hug.
What is necessary to make Love last? Ahh, if we had all the answers we probably were not even here. Every now and then life's challenges hit us hard and our tears flow, but tunnels always have an exit and the guidance comes from our trust in Divine help.
May you find the right solutions, dear Sylvie.
Sending you all my love and big hugs.
