The following was written in my autograph book
many years ago and it helped me to keep my eyes
upon my spiritual goals. Was the first I had
a clue that thoughts are the cause of all that
we experience in our lives:

"She Walks the Lady of My Delight"

She walks the Lady of my delight,
a shepardess of sheep,
Her sheep are thoughts - she
keeps them white; and
in the darkness of the night
she guards them from the steep.
And into her chaste heart only
the purest of stars may peep.
She walks the Lady of my delight,
a shepardess of sheep.

This was a reminder to "hear" what
I am saying to myself for it will
come true. Surprise, Barbara, you
get what you think the most about
all day long.
