Dear friends,
I was thinking about what police do, it is called "keeping the peace" right? What is the word "the" doing in there, peace is not a "thing," it is the natural state of everything. The peace sounds like something someone owns. Peace sounds, like it is, simply peace; it doesn't need any "the!!!" he he  May the powers that be, the police, militaries, forceful controllers, keep peace. May we all keep peace. Amen.
