To the Source...
Let your love flow over me so that i can remember everyday, i am a part of you. Open my heart to self-love and acceptance of all i am...for this is what i have to do.
The walls and the structure i have put in place ( all coming from my identity and my ego) are now falling apart. I stand now in a place of grief over my marriage and i know i have to release the sadness, pain and anger that i feel. I feel in a void but at the same time i feel some peace coming over me. I have to discover myself even more and even if it is difficult right now...i know that my relationship has served its purpose. We have been mirors for each other...and i sincerely hope he will heal himself too and be happy. I feel a lot of compassion for myself and for him...i do not hate him. There will alwys be love in my heart for him.

Now...i have to create a new life for me and my children. I am surrounding us with healing light and also a lot of loving people. I trust that we will all heal and live a better life filled with more joy and love.

I will hold in my heart and soul these words that a very wise and loving friend told me " Be the focus of your heart".

Knowing the healing occurs.
