I have ...a terrible need...
shall I say the word?...of religion.
Then I go out at night and paint
the stars.

Thank you Everyone.
Here is another painting that I believe VanGogh
painted at night, although it does not show the stars.

Here we can be quite
sure that it is night
Did he really paint
in the darkness?

Dear Lilie,
Thank you.
This is absolutely perfect.

I think he painted at sunset,
but I really don't know for sure?
So I will just send you his angel.

Oh, I realized this picture was already shown....but how different in colors..
We can choose to have the drink in the lighter or darker of the two.

Love,

Lilie

Thank you Lilie,

I love this painting.
Yes we can have that drink in the lighter or darker shade, because it is all one.

Here is the starry sky again, but I believe the shade will differ as well, but it is still the same.

Dear Barbara,

So glad you enjoyed this.
Now we will all join Vincent VanGogh for some coffee from his blue enamel coffee pot, and discuss the meaning of religion.

Love, Inda

Thank you Inda.
I enjoyed the coffee.
I also enjoyed VanGogh's starlight.
Here is something from Antoine de Saint-Exupery on Starlight.

All men have stars...but they are not the same things for different people. For some, who are travellers, the stars are guides. For others, they are no more than little lights in the sky. For others, who are scholars, they are problems... but all these stars are silent.

You ~you alone~ will have the stars as no one else has them.
