My dear friends,
the agony of our dear Pope John Paul II has come to an end this evening. The doors of Paradise have opened for him after so many years of illness, during which he coped with great dignity and equally great courage with the effects of his physical decay. May the Angels accompany his soul on his journey back into God's loving arms now. I want to express my gratitude to Our Lord of Heavens for having sent this beautiful soul on Earth. He fulfilled his mission in his role ad Head of the Catholic Church, spreading his message of peace and love in the whole world, always sharing his heart with all of humanity and speaking in great wisdom to all the leaders of the world, in the intent to enhance peace, freedom and prosperity on global level. This afternoon we went to St. Peter and we felt the presence of love from the whole world and not only from the Catholics. His message of peace and love was universal and has touched the hearts of many people who profess a different faith and even those who profess no faith at all. He walked with God and his light shone bright. Your legacy, dear Pope John Paul II, is that of a man of Peace. You celebrated the sacredness of life and you embraced the world in love and in deep trust in God's presence everywhere. You worked for freedom, for love, for peace and prosperity of all the nations, respecting all the existing differencies. Thank you! May your beautiful soul soar high in God's Light. Love, Margherita |

Dearest Mar...completely an wholly with you in prayer for Pope John Paul II.
As I watched on television and saw St.Peter's Sq. You came to mind. As it happened, on Saturday, we had a group meditation and turned the tv off for that hour. It was Wayne Dyer's "Getting In The Gap" and hearing this CD for the first time...we listened and meditated along with it...not knowing what the words (Japa/mantra) would be. Co~incidentially, we were praying the words, "Our Father Who Art In Heavan" ...as this was flashing through my mind, John Paul came into my vision and I saw him lying on his bed...peacefully, as if to say farewell. When the meditation was over and we turned on the television back to continue following the news of Him, they announced He had passed on. I feel a need to share this because of the message of "Our Father Who Art In Heaven" and how He had passed on during this Japa. I know John Paul has attained the state of Heaveness. I'm sure many millions around the world also have their own personal extraordianry experience regarding His Holiness, and the moment of passing. God Bless ...and with you in Spirit Mar, Angela |

Thank you all my dear friends for your most loving prayers and contributions. Through the love and admiration we share for
Pope John Paul II, The Man of Peace, we experience a great sense of closeness.
Dear Angela, You wrote: As it happened, on Saturday, we had a group meditation and turned the tv off for that hour. I'm sure many millions around the world also have their own personal extraordianry experience regarding His Holiness, and the moment of passing. what a beautiful experience you had during that special meditation! I think it shows once again how deeply connected we are and how strongly we perceive messages or images if we open to All there is. I remember you had the opportunity to meet Pope John Paul II when he visited Toronto. This also may have influenced you to be and to feel very close to him during his last hours on Earth. Thank you for sharing this precious experience with us. Yes, I think – as it happens with some special souls who are well known and loved worldwide – there might have been similar perceptions for others too. I can’t say I had a specific experience myself though. But, the morning after his death, I opened my portable phone and it signed exactly 9.37am and I was reminded of 9.37pm twelve hours before when the Pope had passed on. I sent a loving thought out to him and a prayer. It was a reminder no doubt. Here in Rome I can tell you there is an amazing atmosphere. Nothing like that has ever happened. Millions of people are gathering for the funerals. No private cars shall be allowed in the city tomorrow. Public offices are closed. And the private ones (like my bank) must allow people to take a day off, if they are not near enough the office and if the public bus service is not an option. Only bicycles and motorbikes will be allowed. I am too far away and I decided to take a day off. Connected with all of you in love, Margherita |

Dear Mar,
I've been watching the coverage on television, daily, and trying to keep up with all the new information coming out from Rome. This has been so compelling. For some reason, I feel a deep connection to all of what's happening in and around this situation...perhaps, losing my father just 3 months ago and now another "Father". When they show the crowds of millions of people on tv...WOW! how aw inspiring to see and feel the energy from such devotion and faith. In 2002, when John Paul came to Toronto, it was when we lived close to the venue where "World Youth Day" was taking place. So we had first hand seeing the entire setting up of all the staging and building of the Cross etc... As it turned out, I watched the ceremony on tv...but felt a great closeness to wanting to be there and experience it in person. There was a beautiful quietness about all the masses of people who attended and making their way to the grounds where John Paul was coming to. I distinctly remember how their footsteps sounded like a prayer for peace. When "World Youth Day was over and clean up begun, I remember passing by the fences and wondering if I had gone...perhaps I would be able to find a wooden cross that was handed out to all who attended the event. I so longed for one, then...after thinking about it, I told myself that if it were meant for me to have one then I would...and had to surrender from wanting it so much. To my astonishment, around two weeks later, we were going to a shopping mall...pulled into the huge parking lot and my husband backed into the spot. I was sitting in the back seat with my son. When I opened the door to step out, I looked down before stepping and there on the ground, right before me...a wooden cross, from John Paul's visit. I quickly bend over and picked it up "Thank you God" I said...as chills ran through me. Tomorrow morning, as I watch the funeral of John Paul, this Special cross will be hanging around my neck...and I will also pray for the one who lost it(if this is the case), that it ended up on my path. God Bless Mar...you are in my heart and prayers, with you in Spirit. Angela |

I find the dialog you and angel Angela are having about mystic experiences fascinatingdear dpm! I am reminded how some people say that a person who has passed on "is still with you." Much of that is how they are still in your hearts and minds, thoughts and actions. Thank you God and Angels for Pope John Paul II and his wonderful work May his compassion and understanding live on. AMEN. And so it is.

Thank you dear Angela, your story of the small wooden cross has deeply touched me. Another wonderful proof that we truly are
not alone! The voice of our hearts reaches far and the answers to our thoughts, wishes, intentions, invocations, prayers,
always come in one way or another. Thank you so much for telling this story!
Thank you dear Teo too for expressing your gratitude for this beautiful Man of Peace. And dearest Angela thank you for sharing your most beautiful poem/prayer. I think it is so heartwarming that you felt inspired to write such an exquisite tribute! While watching the ceremony of the funerals on tv I "felt" John Paul's smile hovering over the place and me too I felt inspired to write about this (it may sound strange to you that I was not there in person, but people have gathered around St. Peter even during the night to enter the Square at six in the morning, I couldn't have faced this, I am sorry to say). But we were there in spirit, no doubt. Thank you Pope John Paul II Your smile has expanded to fit the size of Universe, it has merged with God’s smile. We are wrapped in Your radiance and in Your love. From Above You embrace the world, like a rainbow spanning the vastness of all horizons. Your beauty, Your strength and the seeds of hope you planted, fill our hearts. Now You move with the wind and Your wish to cross the thresholds of all homes is fulfilled. Heaven and Earth welcome Your soul in eternal union with God our Father. Your smile Your Peace Your love will forever dwell within us. Your light is our guide on the Path towards the future. We move ahead without fear. We trust You are always near. With all my love, Margherita
