Dear Snickers

My experience is
that the questions
we ask about ourselves
are the most rewarding

As what hinders are there for opening my mind?

This is just a thought that came as a response to your post. It would be meaningful to hear what your reaction was about. And maybe we all can open our minds a little bit more....getting a glimpse of your perspective also

Love,

Lilie

I find your signature interesting...In my way of seeing things the mind is more or less open...but the difference is distinct between being in Enlightment or not

I guess the way to use the word mind differs...

Love,

Lilie

Inda and Bracha,

I guess I was merely boffing around with teo, but then again maybe not...

Its just that the posts reeking of anti-american sematism is getting way way too old. All this crying from people who are not living in a world the way they think it should be.

My mate teo is a fore-runner in this arena and I was hoping that he would have come to love the US in all its seeming imperfection.

It looks like the guy in the above photo forgot to pack his mond before jumping out the plane.

Nice pictures from you guys.

Love,

Snick

Dear Snickers,
Thank you for sharing you feelings.
I love Americans. I really do.
My son lives in the USA and he is very well trated there. I go to the USA very often and I have nothing but good things to say. Americans have helped me when I was homeless. They put a roof over my head and they sent me to university.I also know that a lot of Americans are against the war; they are basically a hard working and a peace loving people. I have lived in many countries in the world, but all I want to say is that America with its wide open spaces and natural architectural wonders is very beautiful .

I have talked with Teo in person about politica and America. He is a pssionate man with deep insites. I cannot put words in his mouth but I believe that I can safely say that Teo loves America and what it stands for. I think he only wishes that our leaders would reflect this vision in greater detail.
I tend to agree.

I love the fact that I have the freedom to express my dissatisfaction. I love the ability that I have to act in such a way that brings me to satisfaction. This is an aspect of freedom I cherish. I think Teo does too.
Love,
Eric

Hey Snick!

Thanks for accepting my invite to Boff! .. I guess I sorta didn't hear the bell starting the round.. my computer was down a day, had to reinstall system software, email is still 1/2 broken, and other thinks to do too..

"Some of youse guys have a problem with acceptance!! I know, so do I right?

If i wanted to be in a forum about arguing politics then I would go to yahoo!!!"

Well please go to Yahoo and let us know how joyful that arguing politics is!

Do you accept, that we all practice full acceptance here? I can't see any notion that we don't.. and angst filled? Look who typed that.. he he.. well, .. it seems a defense for Givnology is requested here.. mm? I'm more the type to simply say look at who is saying what, and not say anything, I mean, the answer to the question that is the title of this post, is self-evident.

Dr. Spock on Star Trek said one of my favorite lines one time: "I will give that all the credit that it is due." he he..

Eric pretty much said it best, and his magical mouth seems to simply talk in bouncing verses of poetry:

"I love the fact that I have the freedom to express my dissatisfaction.

I love the ability that I have to act in such a way that brings me to satisfaction."

That's like a magical higher sacred geometry formula for bringing heaven here in an instant, like a triply overseeing wisdom that melts dissatisfaction to the tiniest whif of something..

I say it is a very similar way:

To be free in America is to enjoy the freedom to question authority. Isn't that one of our main freedoms? eh? So...

Being a true American Patriot is to bring up sticky issues, state theories of what can be improved, what old unfairnesses need to be addressed to make this a better place for all, what misrepresentations are being portrayed and such patriotic America loving practices.

I get so involved in future-positive-thinking solutions.. here's one:

We will eventually have to go to renewable resources for energy. When we do, states with great sunshine will have more energy. Those states who won't have the sunshine should be angry with the oil-barons who are depleting the world of oil, which may be a way those states need to get their energy. So those states should be protesting the overuse of this depleting energy resource.

See, that is a positive future outlook and following the possible future - that those states won't have what sun shiney states like CA and TEXAS have - they may actually NEED the oil at that time, but some oil-dependancy pushers are using it all up!

Now that I am sort of "back," computer is working again, perhaps we can coordinate a real boffing match, if it is meant to be it will happen. It is funny boffing in this loving circle of friends, it is not really arguing at all, the gloves are so soft the punches even feel nice! he he.. btw follow the link in my siggy "only show it" and check out Unkle Bob's Diner, it is a discussion board with some really interesting and knowledgeable people discussing politrics, they are waaaay ahead of me, but there we're discussing Reparations, 911 conspiracy, troops in countries, all kinds of messy mean stuffs.. you'll like it Snickers!

Love peace and chicken grease, Teo Wink

hi Teo, Picture this if you will.

A nice person
glued to the TV
Noticing the faults
of people in power
walks away from the tv
not remembering
and not sharing
the good
and the
heartwarming
moments.

Too caught up in what should be
not noticing what is good
not telling us about the
heroic fire fighter
the heroes of today

instead rebells against
the negative
rebells
rebells
rebells

Food for thought.

Share more kindness than unkindness.

Boffy boom bam bam, my friend.

Love,

Snick

I sure wish I could Snick...

Sooo many people out of work...

Such a tragedy in the International Scene...

Much of it due to some mean people in government...

I think you can agree I do present the positive things in life, but sometimes it is just painful seeing schools with no money, more and more people being layed off,

And violence as an answer (like being proud of killing Sadam's kids) coming from the wite house.. it is embarassing as an american.

I appreciate your point though. Thanks!

Peace in the Middle East
Peace in the World
Inner Peace
Peace

Lovebeams, Teo Wink

I once asked this man of enlightenment.. "What is Humility"?

He said..

"Humility is recognising your ability and acting on that."

I took this information away with me and often think of my abilities.. If I am unable to do something, I must admit it to myself and show humility and say 'it is beyond my control, it is too much, and let it go'.

Life is too short to get caught up in things that are hurting me mentally and causing me great distress.

Acceptance.

Love,

Snick

Hey, quick question, how many of you people often think of me when they are at the store and see a snickers bar?

Shouldnt have asked that, especially after I just gave some dialotic diatribe on humility!!!

Ha ha, Did I mention that I am also a hyprocrite?

lol

Love again,

Snick
